Returns & Exchanges

At REFY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original REFY packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
